Mandatory Training

All Sea Lancers Diving Club members are required to complete the liability waiver, Diving Safety Test, and HAZMAT Safety Test when joining the club.

 

ALL members must re-take the HAZMAT Safety Test every three years. 

ALL members must complete the liability waiver annually as a JBPHH requirement.

Once you have finished reviewing the training material, please use the buttons to take the Diving Safety Test and the HAZMAT Safety Test. You must score at least an 80% on each test. The tests can be retaken as many times as needed.​
